We sang at the Oktoberfest celebration at the Essen Haus on Saturday September 13th. We sang two sets, though the second one was a little short because it was time for Dorf Kapelle to start their set.

Jason Rowe played from noon until 4:00. We sang our first set during one of their breaks.

After our first set, I got a bratwurst, potato salad and sauerkraut. It was very good

I fished this poor little guy out of my beer. Amazingly, after a few minutes of stumbling around, he was able to fly away. Probably going to have a big hangover tomorrow, but at least he'll have quite a story to tell his buddies.

Dorf Kapelle played from 4:00 to 8:00. We sang our second set right before they started.

I think this is the third year that Dorf Kapelle has played at the Essen Haus Oktoberfest. They are really good.
