If\u00a0 the Madison M\u00e4nnerchor is the second-oldest German Men’s Chorus in the US, which is the oldest?<\/p>\n

The Columbus M\u00e4nnerchor<\/a>\u00a0in Ohio was founded in 1846 as a men’s chorus by 12 German Immigrants eager to preserve the music and memories of their homeland, here; in their chosen land.\u00a0 Through the years, a women’s chorus, Damenchor\u00a0 and a children’s chorus, Kinderchor\u00a0 as well as many social events and a German Restaurant have been added to the club. The club has has a very nice, welcoming appearance. Wouldn’t you want to go in and savor a few brews? The well crafted web site shows that there are lots of goings-on.
