\"\"<\/a>Director Br\u00edgh\u00edn Kane-Grade<\/p>\n

Br\u00edgh\u00edn Kane-Grade is the director of the Madison Maennerchor and a trumpet player and vocalist in the Madison area. She holds a Master\u2019s degree in trumpet performance from the UW-Madison Mead Witter School of Music, where she studied with Jean Laurenz. In addition to directing the Maennerchor, Br\u00edgh\u00edn writes lullabies as part of the Overture Center\u2019s Carnegie Hall Lullaby Project; plays and sings with numerous groups in the Greater Madison Area, performing styles including orchestral, chamber music, folk, Irish folk, and Salsa\/Latin; and teaches trumpet and voice. Br\u00edgh\u00edn previously served as Music Director for Saint Paul\u2019s Catholic Student Center in downtown Madison. Outside of that, she performs and has recorded Sean n\u00f3s (Irish traditional) singing, writes and records music, and enjoys scouting out a wide variety of music, including cherished favorites and new choral arrangements, for the Maennerchor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
